- 1 (32 oz.) bag of hash brown potatoes
- 1 Smokehouse Kielbasa, cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2.5 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- salt and pepper, to taste
- Combine potatoes, sausage, onion, and 2 cups of cheese in slow cooker.
- In a bowl, combine cream of chicken, milk, sour cream, salt and pepper.
- Pour cream/soup mixture over potato/sausage, top with remaining cheese.
- Cook on low for 4-5 hours or until potatoes are done to your liking.
