Sausage and Potato Casserole recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 (32 oz.) bag of hash brown potatoes 
  • 1 Smokehouse Kielbasa, cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2.5 cups cheddar cheese, shredded 
  • 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Combine potatoes, sausage, onion, and 2 cups of cheese in slow cooker.
  2. In a bowl, combine cream of chicken, milk, sour cream, salt and pepper.
  3. Pour cream/soup mixture over potato/sausage, top with remaining cheese. 
  4. Cook on low for 4-5 hours or until potatoes are done to your liking.
