Dad’s Favorite Brat Kabobs
Ingredients
3-4 Smokehouse brats cut into 2-inch pieces
5 wooden skewers (soak skewers in water for up to 24 hours before use)
A variety of Dad’s favorite veggies:
- Bell peppers (in a variety of colors!)
- Mushrooms caps
- Sliced onions
- Sliced zucchini
- Baby potatoes
Directions
- Thread veggies and brats onto skewers
- Brush skewers with olive oil and season with salt and pepper
- Grill skewers 20 minutes or until veggies are soft and brats are cooked through.
