Dad’s Favorite Brat Kabobs

Dad’s Favorite Brat Kabobs recipe


3-4 Smokehouse brats cut into 2-inch pieces 

5 wooden skewers (soak skewers in water for up to 24 hours before use) 

A variety of Dad’s favorite veggies:

  • Bell peppers (in a variety of colors!)
  • Mushrooms caps
  • Sliced onions
  • Sliced zucchini
  • Baby potatoes 


  1. Thread veggies and brats onto skewers 
  2. Brush skewers with olive oil and season with salt and pepper
  3. Grill skewers 20 minutes or until veggies are soft and brats are cooked through.
